Beaubien Place Parking Deck
Detroit, Michigan

Because of the speed of using precast concrete, the Beaubien Place parking deck was ready for parking for the 2006 Superbowl. The deck, attached to the GM Headquarters on the Detroit River, consists of 20,000 sq.ft of retail space facing the river front, 1180 car parking, and 18,000 sq.ft plaza area on roof which includes artificial turf. The GM parking deck has retail on ground level, event or stage area on roof, along with parking and attached with walk way to GM headquarter the Renaissance Center.
