Emerging Leaders Academy
The PCI Central Region Emerging Leaders Academy is a comprehensive two-year program designed to develop high-potential employees into effective and impactful leaders within their organizations. Through a rich blend of interactive workshops, structured self-paced learning modules, peer learning communities, industry networking events, personal coaching, and mentoring with senior leaders, participants gain the confidence and skills to lead with integrity, navigate complex challenges, and drive organizational success. Graduates emerge with a program certificate from PCI Central Region and are equipped with essential leadership competencies, a strong professional network, and the readiness to accelerate their own career growth, contribute significantly to their teams, and advance their organizations’ objectives.
The Emerging Leaders Academy cohort will accept up to 15 participants through a competitive process. Applications will be reviewed, vetted, and selected by PCI Central Region’s Executive Committee. Applications are due March 1, 2025.
