Staff and Officers

As PCI Central Region’s executive director, Matt’s focus is on further growing the market for producer and associate members, strengthening relationships with university professors and students, and enhancing the Central Region through collaborative efforts with PCI and other PCI Regions. Matt has over thirty years of experience in the precast, prestressed concrete industry, including previously serving as Vice President and General Manager of Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. for nineteen years. His extensive experience also includes a variety of industry leadership roles including multiple years on PCI’s Executive Committee as PCI Chair, PCI Vice Chair, PCI Secretary/Treasurer, PCI Past Chair, and serving as the first chair of the PCI Sustainability Committee. As a former long-time active producer member of PCI Central Region, he also served as PCIC Board Chair and PCIC Secretary/Treasurer. Matt holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Northwest Missouri State and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
